Can I order by phone?

How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept payment by credit/debit card and Cash on Delivery.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries at no extra cost to you, provided you agree.

Can an invoice be issued for my order?
Yes. You will be asked to fill in the required fields at checkout to receive an invoice.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@beeologycy.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

I am having trouble placing an order.

When will I receive my order?

What happens if prices are incorrect or change unexpectedly?
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we notice an error in the product price or shipping cost when processing your order, we will:

  • Charge the lower amount if the correct price is lower than stated.
  • Contact you if the correct price is higher, giving you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
  • Cancel and refund your order if we cannot reach you using the provided contact details.

If a pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognized as a mistake, we are not obligated to sell the product at the incorrect lower price.

What does the name “Beeology” mean?
Beeology is a word derived from the Greek suffix -ology (meaning “the science of”) and the word bee. Thus, the brand name signifies the science of bees.

Where can I find Beeology products?
You can order online at beeologycy.com or purchase in-store from selected partners in Cyprus. Visit our Stockists page for more details, or email us at info@beeologycy.com to find the nearest store carrying our products.

Are your products organic?
All our products are pure and cultivated using organic practices.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Since honey is a by-product of bees, it is not strictly vegan. However, we ensure that all our honey is produced through ethical, sustainable practices with the utmost care and respect for bees.

Are your products safe for consumption during pregnancy or nursing?
We recommend consulting your doctor before consuming any Beeology products while pregnant or nursing.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! Our products are packaged in glass jars with metal lids and easily removable labels, making them reusable and recyclable. We continuously seek ways to improve our packaging—if you have suggestions, email us at info@beeologycy.com.


Honey

Is your honey raw and pure?
Yes, all our honey is pure and raw. We use only natural, organic practices, avoid harmful pesticides, and place our beehives in remote areas free from pollution.

Where does your honey come from?
Our beehives are located in remote, unspoiled areas across Cyprus. We prioritize quality, health benefits, and sustainable beekeeping, ensuring the well-being of both consumers and bees, our most precious pollinators.

How should I store honey?
Store honey in a dry place at room temperature, ensuring the jar or lid is securely sealed. Keep it in similar conditions after opening.

My honey has crystallized. Is this a problem?
Not at all! Raw, organic honey naturally crystallizes over time—this is a sign of authenticity. To return it to liquid form, place the jar in a warm place or use a bain-marie (double boiler) for faster results.

Does honey expire?
We include a “best before” date on all our products. While honey has an incredibly long shelf life, we recommend consuming it before the suggested date for the best quality.

Is honey suitable for infants?
It is not recommended to give honey to infants under 12 months old. Please consult your pediatrician before introducing honey to a young child.
