Beeology by Haridemos shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Beeology by Haridemos and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
11. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it online, by calling us at +357 22632228 or emailing us at info@beeologycy.com. In case of cancellation, we can offer you a refund, which will be processed within 3-5 working days.
12. Shipping Policy
Products purchased through our e-shop are delivered via courier. If the Client wishes to arrange delivery through an alternative method, they must contact the Company at info@beeologycy.com. However, the Company is under no obligation to provide an alternative delivery method and shall not be held liable for any failure to accommodate such requests.
Deliveries in Cyprus
- Orders over €50 qualify for free home delivery.
- For orders below €50, the delivery cost is:
- €3 – Delivery to the nearest pick-up point of our courier partners
- €5 – Home delivery
- The Client must select their preferred delivery method at checkout.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Orders are handed over to the courier company within three (3) working days from order completion. Delivery is expected within one (1) to three (3) days after dispatch.
International Deliveries
The Company ships worldwide. Any customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, or additional costs associated with deliveries outside Europe are the responsibility of the Client. For further details, please contact us at info@beeologycy.com.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In such cases, we will notify the Client via the email or telephone number provided at checkout.
Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered on business days (excluding local holidays) between 09:00 – 19:00.
If the Client has selected home delivery but is unavailable when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a notification at the shipping address. The Client must then contact the courier to collect the order from a designated pick-up location. If the Client fails to collect the order, it will be returned to the Company, and the contract will be considered terminated due to non-execution at the Client’s fault. If the Client still wishes to proceed with the purchase, they must place a new order.
For deliveries on, before, or after a specific date, the Client must make a request via telephone (+357 22632228) or email (info@beeologycy.com). However, the Company cannot guarantee delivery on the requested date and will notify the Client accordingly. The Company is not liable if delivery does not occur on the preferred date. The Company reserves the right to modify its shipping policy at any time, with prior notice on the e-shop. Any changes will apply only to future orders.
13. Returns Policy
The Company strives to deliver products as described and free of defects. However, in the rare event that a defective product is received, or if any other issue arises, the Client must immediately contact the Company at info@beeologycy.com.
If a product is defective, and following communication with the Company, the Client must return the item to the Company at the Company’s expense within three (3) days from the date of notification. The return must be made to the address and using the delivery method specified by the Company.
Once the returned product has been examined, if a defect is confirmed, the Company will either:
(a) Issue a full refund to the Client, or
(b) Provide a replacement product at the Company’s expense.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes.
